This policy explains what information ProntoPricing ("we", "us") collects when you use prontopricing.com and our price tracking service, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email hello@prontopricing.com.
Information we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist, create an account or set up a price alert.
- Your watchlist and alert settings, such as the events you follow and your target prices, so we can send you the alerts you asked for.
- Basic technical information that any website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Our hosting provider keeps this in server logs for security and reliability.
We do not collect payment card details. You buy tickets directly from the ticket seller, under that seller's own privacy policy.
Event and price data
The event listings and prices we show come from ticket sellers' official APIs and partner feeds. That data is about events and listings, not about you.
How we use your information
- To run the service, including sending the price alerts you set up.
- To tell you when ProntoPricing launches or changes in ways that affect you.
- To keep the service secure and to fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with ticket sellers or advertisers.
Affiliate links
When you click through to a ticket seller, the link may include a code that tells the seller you came from ProntoPricing, and we may earn a commission if you buy. The seller may set its own cookies once you are on its site.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run ProntoPricing, such as website hosting and email delivery. They process information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add a signed-in area, we will use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
How long we keep information
We keep your email address and alerts until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Your choices and rights
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@prontopricing.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will honor them.
Children
ProntoPricing is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and if the change is significant we will tell you by email.
