These terms apply to your use of prontopricing.com and the ProntoPricing price tracking service. By using the service you agree to them. If you have questions, email hello@prontopricing.com.

What ProntoPricing does

ProntoPricing shows ticket prices for upcoming events, how those prices have changed over time, and alerts when prices reach a target you set. We are an information service. We do not sell tickets, hold inventory, take payment or take part in any ticket purchase.

Prices and availability

Prices come from third-party ticket sellers and can change at any time. A price we show may be out of date, may not include fees or taxes, and may no longer be available when you visit the seller. The seller's checkout page is the final word on price and availability.

Our "good time to buy" hints and any price forecasts are estimates based on past prices. They are not guarantees, and you decide whether and when to buy.

Buying tickets

When you buy tickets, you buy them from the seller, under the seller's terms, refund policy and privacy policy. Questions about orders, delivery, refunds or event changes go to the seller. We may earn a commission from sellers when you buy through our links.

Third-party data and trademarks

Event and price data is provided by ticket sellers through their official APIs and partner programs and remains subject to their terms. Seller names and logos belong to their owners. ProntoPricing is not affiliated with or endorsed by any ticket seller unless we say so.

Your account and alerts

You are responsible for keeping your email address current so alerts reach you. Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis and may be delayed or missed, so do not rely on them as your only way to track an event.

Acceptable use

Please don't scrape or bulk-download data from ProntoPricing, try to break or overload the service, resell our data, or use the service to break the law or a seller's terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ProntoPricing is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from prices, availability or the actions of ticket sellers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and ending use

We may change these terms or the service. If a change is significant we will update the date above and, where we have your email, let you know. You can stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend access that breaks these terms.
